We seek a friendly and empathetic Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, able to handle high-stress situations with ease, and have a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from customers and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers, empathizing with their concerns, and resolving their issues effectively.
• Document customer interactions in our database and maintain accurate records of customer information and inquiries.
• Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

• Matric/ Grade 12.
• Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations with ease
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
