We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Basic Conditions of Employment (BCEA) Intern. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in monitoring and promoting compliance with labour legislation, particularly the BCEA, which governs working hours, leave entitlements, remuneration, and other core employment standards.
As a BCEA Intern, you will assist in workplace inspections, support employer audits, and contribute to initiatives that uphold decent working conditions across various sectors. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
A three (3) year tertiary qualification in one of the following fields:
NB: (Qualification must be at NQF Level 6 – National Diploma or NQF Level 7 – Bachelor’s Degree.)
Shortlisted candidates will be requested to submit their updated CVs, certified copy of their identification cards and qualifications. You will be required to complete Z83 on the day of interview.
