The Department of Tourism, in collaboration with Harambee and SANPARKS, invites applicants to apply for the Integrated Service Excellence Programme.

This Programme is targeted at unemployed youth to widen employment opportunities in the hospitality and travel, and tourism sectors. Applicants must stay within a fifty (50) kilometer radius of the participating sites.

• Applicants should be South Africans between the ages of 18 and 35.
• Must have Matric.
• Have a passion for Travel and Tourism and Hospitality.
• People living with disability are encouraged to apply. 
• Be able to work flexible hours (e.g., weekends, public holidays, and as-and-when required.

Should you be shortlisted, the following documents will be required: 

• Certified copy of Matric Certificate.
• Certified ID copy.
• Proof of Residence (Municipal Bill, Letter from Tribal Authority, or any other relevant certificate/s, including a bank statement which includes your residential address)

Failure to submit the required documents will result in the application not being considered for review. 

NB: Beneficiaries who have previously participated in the Department’s learnership or skills programmes should declare it in the application letter.
