  • Resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Assist with product/service inquiries.
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds.
  • Update customer information in the system.
  • Follow up on customer complaints and concerns.
  • Promote additional products/services when applicable.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Meet performance targets and quality standards.

 

Requirements

  • Must have 6 months of customer care or sales experience (call center/face-to-face).
  • Matric / Grade 11
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
  • Able to work flexible shifts with reliable transportation.
