The Chrysalis Academy offers an important three-month residential program that helps young people develop life skills and become better leaders. This program is designed to build self-confidence, resilience, and essential leadership qualities. Every year, the academy runs two courses for males and one for females, creating a diverse learning environment. 

Before and after the program, all participants are required to complete compulsory volunteering. This helps them gain real-world experience and understand the importance of giving back to the community. 

• Males.
• 18 - 25 years (not turning 26 before 2 April 2027).
• Minimum Grade 9 pass.
• Resident of the Western Cape Province.
• Not using Drugs. 
• No criminal record.
• Not in employment, education, or training (NEET).
