Programme Description:
Youth participants operate specialized stitching equipment or use manual hand-sewing techniques to create custom designs on fabrics, garments, and apparel. This role blends creative artistic skills with technical machine operation to deliver high-quality, precise embellishments for commercial or personal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Load patterns, thread machines, and calibrate tension.

Convert client logos or concepts into computerized stitching files using specialized software.

Choose the correct threads, needles, and stabilizers based on the fabric type (e.g., hats, heavy jackets, delicate cotton).

Ability to manage multiple work orders and meet tight production deadlines.

Precision is critical to ensure designs are centered, balanced, and stitched correctly.

    Education:

• Minimum Grade 12.

Experience and Skills:

• Live in or near the site and have an in-depth understanding of the community.
• Age between 18-35 (Required)
• Interest in printing and embroidery
