Programme Description :

• Provides knowledge and practical skills for safe scooter operation in the delivery and transport industry.
• Covers road safety, traffic regulations, and responsible riding practices.
• Prepares participants for K53 learner’s and driving test requirements.
• Combines theoretical training with practical riding experience.
• Builds confidence and competence for safe scooter use in real-world environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Attend theory lessons covering road safety, traffic signs, rules of the road, and K53 test preparation. 
• Participate in step-by-step practical training on how to safely mount, start, control, and ride a scooter. 
• Complete practical scooter driving lessons under the supervision of a qualified instructor. 
•  Prepare for and undertake the practical driving test at a local Driver's Licence Testing Centre (DLTC).

  Educational:

• Age between 18-35.
• Interest in delivery services.
• Able to read and write.
• Smartphone.
• South African citizen.
