This opportunity is open to young individuals who are passionate about sports and youth development. The Youth Coach role offers hands-on experience in coaching soccer and netball teams within a structured community league. Participants will play a key role in developing young players’ skills, encouraging teamwork, and promoting values such as respect, discipline, and perseverance. The train-the-trainer approach will be used to ensure skills transfer.

  Education:

• Matric.
• Age: 18 - 35 years old.
• Employment Status: Unemployed.
• Technology: Must own a smartphone.
• Background: Must be criminally clear.                                                                                                                                                                   

Required Skills and Attributes:-

• Passionate about soccer or netball and working with young people.
• Basic knowledge of the sport’s rules and coaching principles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership qualities and a responsible attitude.
• Willingness to undergo basic coaching and safeguarding training
• Availability on weekends and/or after school for practices and matches
