The Youth Employment Service (YES) Participant provides operational, customer service, administrative, and general support within local retail stores, guest lodges, hotels, tourism establishments, and hospitality facilities. The role is designed to provide unemployed youth with meaningful workplace experience, practical skills development, and exposure to the retail and hospitality industries, enhancing future employability and career readiness.

  Education:

• Matric Certificate
• Age: 18 - 35 years old
• South African citizen with a valid South African ID.
• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Basic computer literacy.
• No criminal record.                                            
• Communication Skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and systems.
