Description

Programme Description:

  • Facilitate early learning playgroups and literacy activities at ECD centres.
  • Use storytelling, games, music, and hands-on learning to support child development.
  • Stimulate early childhood development and learning.
  • Help build strong educational foundations for young children.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and lead interactive play-based learning activities.
  • Read stories and facilitate early literacy development.
  • Support cognitive, emotional, and physical development of young children.
  • Collaborate with ECD staff to enhance early education programmes.
     
     
     

Requirements

Educational:

  • Aged between 18 and 35 years.
  • Must live in or near the site and understand the local community.
  • Interest in youth development programmes.
  • Interest in planning and implementing peer-based activities for young people.
  • Child Safeguarding vetting required.
  • Must have access to a smartphone.
