Educational:

• Youth aged 18–35 years seeking work experience and development opportunities.
• Minimum Grade 12 qualification required.
• Candidates must be from the following areas: Thembisile Hani, Gert Sibande, and the surrounding areas.
• Must live in or near the community and understand local needs.
• Interest in youth development and peer-led activities.
• Child safeguarding clearance required.
• Must have a smartphone.
