Programme Description

We engage youth in agro ecology principles, empowering them to create a food system that exists outside the margins of unaffordability through resources that can be reused or even the crops that can be planted together to attract and alleviate pests. To help the youth to take agriculture as a career in a fast-paced, demanding environment where food commodities are very high in prices, this skill-enhanced program also teaches the importance of balanced nutrition, self-care, and exercise.

Experience and Skills:

• Live in or near the site and have an in-depth understanding of the community.
• Age between 18-35 (Required)
• Passion about home gardening
• Willing to work extra hours in & out of season 
• Child Safeguarding vetting
• Smartphone
