Programme Description:

As part of Linge's Tots Development Centre, the coaches will ensure consistent facilitation of a sports recreation project for youth with special needs. This requires an individual with a deep commitment to changing the status quo, experience in mobilizing and building relationships with young people, and the ability to plan and implement exciting peer-based activities. The role includes core tasks across the following:

• Conclusivity of those with special needs in ensuring participation in sports and recreation.
• Providing the much-needed opportunity for societal participation and active citizenry to those living with disabilities.

• Ages 18- 35.
  
• Must be able to work with intellectual challenging population.
  
• No criminal record.
  
• Patience.
