Programme Description:

Youth are trained and employed as community development participants. Through the Residents Association, they will take on various responsibilities to uplift the community.

• Assist in organizing green and clean activities.
• Become a barista at the coffee shop.
• Be trained as a fashion sales team member in the boutique. 
• Conduct maintenance on the enclosure project.

Educational:

-Minimum Grade 12 (required).

Experience and Skills:

• Live in or near the site and have an in-depth understanding of the community.
• Age between 18 and 35 (Required).
• Interest in working in youth development programs. 
• Interest in planning and implementing peer-based activities for young people. 
• Child Safeguarding vetting.
• Smartphone.
