Learnership Program Structure:

Theory classes: the learnership typically begins with theory classes where participants learn about traffic rules, road safety, defensive driving techniques, and other essential theoretical knowledge. These classes are conducted by experienced instructors who provide comprehensive and up-to-date information to the learners.

Practical Training: Once the learners have a good understanding of the theoretical aspect, they move on to practical training. This involves hands-on experience in a controlled environment. Learners are taught how to handle a vehicle, perform manoeuvres, and develop crucial skills like parallel parking, reversing, and emergency braking.

Professional Development: Apart from driving skills, a professional driving learnership also focuses on the personal and professional development of the learners. This may include modules on communication skills, customer service, time management, and stress management. These skills are essential for individuals who aspire to become professional drivers and interact with different types of passengers on a daily basis.

Job Placement Opportunities: A professional driving learnership often collaborates with various transportation companies or driver services. This provides learners with potential job placement opportunities after they successfully complete the program.

• Have a matric pass with English.
• You are between the ages of 25 and 28.
• You are a South African Citizen.
• Have a code 14 license with a valid PRDP.
• Have a valid South African Passport.
• Have a clear case and criminal record - checks will be conducted.
• Be physically and mentally fit.
• You have NOT completed or dropped off a professional driver's certificate.
