Programme Description:
Youth outlines the duties and expectations for store employees, primarily focusing on driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet shoppers, answer product questions, and resolve complaints to build brand loyalty.
• Sales & Promotion:Guide customers toward products, demonstrate features, and inform shoppers of loyalty programs.
• Cash Handling: Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, process payments, and handle returns accurately.
