We are looking for young and dynamic people who want to be change makers in their communities to join our two-year programme. Your role will involve working in a diverse team of youth mentors, to positively impact the lives of children by teaching them positive skills and behaviours while having fun at the beach - and much more! We offer skills training, a stipend, and personal and professional development.

Key Requirements

• Demonstrate a strong passion for the well-being and development of youth in communities
• Be comfortable participating in water-based activities
  Possess basic swimming ability
• Be between the ages of 18 and 25 years
• Hold a valid Matric (Grade 12) certificate
• Have a clear criminal record
