Programme Description:

• EduSport is a youth development organisation that uses sport, education, and mentorship to empower young people in under-resourced communities. Through its programmes, EduSport creates opportunities for children to grow, learn, and build brighter futures.

Our Programmes:

• Coach in a Box – School-based rugby, netball, and life skills sessions.
• EduSport CUBS – Talent development in rugby and netball.
• Literacy Programme – Improving reading and learning skills.
• AWARE Programme – Educating youth on underage drinking and positive choices.
• Camps – Leadership, team-building, and personal development through sport.
• Changing lives through sport and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and lead interactive learning through play,
• Read stories and conduct early literacy activities.
• Support cognitive, emotional, and physical development in young children.
• Collaborate with ECD staff to enrich early education.

    Educational:

• Minimum Grade 12 (required).

Experience and Skills:

• Live in or near the site and have an in-depth understanding of the community.
• Age between 18 and 35 (Required).
• Interest in working in youth development programs.
• Interest in planning and implementing peer-based activities for young people.
• Child Safeguarding vetting.
• Smartphone.
