Team Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of participants to ensure effective programme implementation and compliance with project requirements. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and monitoring participant attendance.
• Maintaining accurate attendance registers.
• Verifying attendance records and supporting documentation.
• Ensuring that attendance data is submitted accurately and on time.
• The Team Leader will oversee daily participant activities, provide guidance and support, monitor performance and conduct, and ensure that assigned tasks are completed in accordance with programme objectives.

• Must have a South African ID.
• Must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
• Must reside in one of these municipalities: Port St. Johns, Nyandeni, or Ingquza Hill.
